Terry Edwards
Terry’s extensive knowledge and experience gives 3ACompliance clients the advantage of a speedy and accurate understanding of the reasons behind media non-compliance issues and the actions required to resolve them.
Having joined FirmDecisions in 2001, Terry brings nearly a quarter of a century of compliance audit experience to the company. Working closely with many of their clients across 25 years, Terry has been at the forefront in helping to bring about changes in the way clients and agencies work together to ensure greater transparency and compliance.
Previously he worked as a director for media companies in the Interpublic, Omnicom, and WPP groups as well as for a privately owned venture and brings valuable insight into the workings and buying processes of the media agency.

Alison Sanderson
Alison Sanderson brings extensive finance and audit expertise to 3ACompliance and will lead the audit teams in their analysis and assessment of contract compliance for our clients.
Alison is a Chartered Accountant, with blue chip client facing commercial experience, at Black & Decker and Pepsi-Cola North America, together with senior agency side experience as Commercial Director at JWT London.
Alison capitalised on her client and agency financial knowledge to set up the contract compliance audit firm ASJP Associates, eventually merging with FirmDecisions and continuing as a founder partner up to its acquisition by Ebiquity plc and thereafter, as Global Audit Director.
With over 25 years of contract compliance experience leading audit teams, driving transparency and best practice, and over 30 years in media overall, Alison will provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of the media and marketing compliance environment and valuable actionable audit findings.
